Joint Form

The structure and processing method of the endless conveyor belt are roughly the same as those of ordinary conveyor belts, but the joint treatment method is unique—it does not use mechanical joints, but is vulcanized into a whole by heating and pressing, so it is also called a jointless conveyor belt. There are three main joint methods: (1) Directly vulcanized into a ring belt; (2) Leave a green joint during vulcanization, and heat and press the joint part on site according to requirements when in use; (3) On-site bonding with adhesive. This design without mechanical joints makes it run more smoothly, especially suitable for material conveying scenarios in mineral processing, chemical fertilizer and other departments.
