This model is a key project of the national "Seventh Five-Year Plan," and its key technology, the "double-row staggered deep groove V-shaped roller set," has been patented. So far, more than 50 units have been put into use, including 11 units with an angle of 25 degrees, 5 units with angles of 26 to 28 degrees, and 2 units with an angle of 30 degrees, basically forming a standardized product that is at a leading level domestically.

At present, in engineering practice, people mainly choose to use deep groove radial ball bearings and tapered roller bearings. Tapered roller bearings are generally used in harsh working environments.

This is currently the most widely used model in coal mines underground, mainly used in horizontal or inclined situations less than 18 degrees. Due to the limitations of the strength of the conveyor belt and components, the length of a single machine cannot be too long.

Although the structure of the roller is relatively simple, the roller designed at present does not meet the standard requirements stipulated by the state, and the indicators considered in the design are insufficient, such as the running resistance coefficient is rarely considered.
