This buffer bed serves as an impact-absorbing device fitted beneath the conveyor belt at the chute feeding zone. It cushions heavy impact generated by dropping ores, phosphate, stones and other bulk materials, minimizing direct impact force on the rubber conveyor belt. It prevents belt scratches, cuts, punctures and longitudinal tearing, lowers maintenance frequency of belts and carrying rollers, and greatly prolongs the whole conveying system service cycle.
