​Belt conveyor is a mechanical device driven by friction to transport materials continuously. It mainly consists of a frame, conveyor belt, idler roller, drum, tensioning device, transmission device, etc.

The running direction of the conveyor belt and the rotation direction of the roller have a deflection angle, and the deflection friction resistance is generated, which leads to the wear of the roller.

One common technology used in producing conveyor rollers is injection molding. This process allows for the creation of complex shapes and designs that may be difficult or impossible to achieve with other methods.
