Heavy Duty Polyurethane Primary Belt Cleaner -XHD

Installed on the surface of the unloading drum, located below the material track, away from the material flow direction, it can adapt to the harshest working environment. As the first stage of a multi-stage cleaning system, the primary cleaner removes a significant portion of material adhered to the belt. Its unique design combines easy installation, quick maintenance and excellent cleaning results.

▲Bracket structure: The main frame and the auxiliary frame can be stretched and separated for easy installation. The auxiliary frame is a torsion bar and can be rotated;

▲High-end tensioner configuration: Both large and small bandwidths are equipped with double-sided spring tensioners. The components are thick and equipped with bending dust-proof plates and anti-fall spring dust covers.

▲Relevant accessories parameters: galvanized spring wire diameter 10mm with spring cover, bent ash retaining plate spring base with anti-sway ring, screw the lock nut to tighten anyway; steel pipe wall thickness measured not less than 8mm, diameter 73mm; embedded High-strength aluminum profile, fixed with bayonet pins.
