This model is a key project of the national "Seventh Five-Year Plan," and its key technology, the "double-row staggered deep groove V-shaped roller set," has been patented. So far, more than 50 units have been put into use, including 11 units with an angle of 25 degrees, 5 units with angles of 26 to 28 degrees, and 2 units with an angle of 30 degrees, basically forming a standardized product that is at a leading level domestically. In recent years, based on the current situation of belt conveyors in domestic coal mines, many coal mines have requested the promotion of steep angle upward belt conveyors. Based on the successful development of steep angle upward belt conveyors, a series design has been carried out to expand the scope of use to meet the needs of different belt widths, power, capacity, and transportation distances, improving and developing double-row V-shaped deep groove roller sets of different widths to maximize the friction coefficient, thereby expanding the range of conveying angles, increasing the conveying angle to 30 degrees, and allowing the downward conveyor angle to reach -25 degrees, enabling the steep angle upward belt conveyor series to achieve soft starting and load balancing while improving anti-reverse performance. On this basis, the series design of steep angle upward belt conveyors has been further developed, increasing the belt width from 800mm to 1200mm, power from 160 kW to 1500 kW, transportation distance to over 1500m, belt speed from 2 m/s to 3.15 m/s, capacity from 300t/h to 630t/h, and the allowable moisture content of raw coal from 10% to 20%.
Horizontal turning conveyor
France, the former Soviet Union, Austria, Germany, the United States and other countries attach great importance to the theoretical research and test of horizontal turning belt conveyor, and have been widely used in all walks of life. In 1963, France designed and installed a horizontal turning belt conveyor for the first time in the subway project, and its main parameters were: distance L=700m, belt speed V=1.7 m/s, bandwidth B=800 mm, turning radius R=700m, lifting height H=3m, and traffic Q=300 t/h. In 1980, France laid a horizontal turning belt conveyor for a mine, and its main parameters were: length L=11.12km, height difference H=5.77m, maximum slope of 30%, and volume Q=560t/h to transport nickel ore. According to statistics, the length of horizontal turning belt conveyors used in France accounts for 20% of the total length of the world
China's research on horizontal turning belt conveyor is earlier, but the development is not fast, the main reason is that users do not know enough about the model, and there is no mature application example in China at that time. In the 90s of the 20th century, the domestic trial production of the horizontal turning angle device, the conveyor through the reloading of the corner device to change the direction of operation, the model has been successfully applied in the coal mine. China's Taozhuang, Xiezhuang and Liangzhuang coal mines have also used a number of horizontal turning belt conveyors, and have achieved good economic benefits. In 2001, the horizontal turning belt conveyor was applied in the construction of the subway project, with a tunnel length of 2000m, multiple turns, and a minimum horizontal bending radius of 360m. Its main parameters are: length L = 2000m, volume B = 180 ~ 200 t/h, speed V = 1.6 m / s, bandwidth B = 650mm, multiple turns, the machine is running normally.
