(1) Light: bearing bore diameter 80-100m. The shaft and hub are single-plate welded body structures with single-key connections. One-way shaft outlet.
(2) Medium: bearing bore diameter 120-180mm. The shaft and the hub are connected by an expansion sleeve
(3) Heavy duty: bearing bore diameter 200-220m. The shaft and the hub are connected by an expansion sleeve, and the body is a cast-welded structure, and there are two kinds of one-way shaft and two-way shaft.
The transmission drum structure of the conveyor has a steel plate welding structure and a cast steel or cast iron structure, and the surface form of the drive drum has a steel smooth drum, a cast (wrapped) rubber drum, etc., and the main disadvantage of the steel smooth drum is that the surface friction coefficient is small, and it is generally used in the short-distance conveyor with low humidity in the surrounding environment. The main advantage of the casting (wrapping) rubber roller is that the surface friction coefficient is large, suitable for conveyors with high ambient humidity and long transportation distance, and the casting (wrapping) rubber roller can be divided into smooth casting (wrapping) rubber roller, herringbone groove casting (wrapping) rubber roller and diamond-shaped casting (wrapping) rubber roller according to its surface shape.
The herringbone groove casting (wrapping) rubber drum is to increase the coefficient of friction, and a layer of rubber layer with herringbone groove is added to the surface of the steel smooth drum, which is directional and shall not run in reverse. Herringbone groove casting (wrapping) rubber roller, the groove can interrupt the film of water, no water accumulation, and at the same time, when the conveyor belt is in contact with the roller, the surface of the conveyor belt can be squeezed into the groove, due to these two reasons, even if working in a wet place, the friction coefficient is reduced very little. Considering the actual situation of this design and the working environment of the conveyor: it is used in the factory production environment with humidity, high power consumption and easy slippage, so we choose this kind of roller. The cast rubber surface is thick and wear-resistant, and the quality is good; The rubber cover is easy to fall off, the screw head is easy to be exposed, the belt is scratched, and the service life is shorter.
