GX type screw conveyor is the use of rotating screw to be conveyed along the fixed casing of the material to be transported and conveying work, the head and tail bearings are moved to the outside of the shell, the lifting bearing adopts sliding bearings with dust-proof sealing device, the bearing generally adopts powder metallurgy, the cement is conveyed with felt bearings, and the hanging shaft and the screw shaft are connected by sliders.

​Types Idlers are important components of belt conveyors, with many types and quantities. Its function is to support the belt, reduce the running resistance of the belt, and keep the verticality of the belt within a certain limit to ensure the smooth operation of the belt.

Due to overloading, over-length or the conveyor belt being blocked, the running resistance increases and the motor is overloaded; due to poor lubrication conditions of the transmission system, the motor power increases; accumulation in the motor fan air inlet or radial heat sink dust, worsening the heat dissipation conditions.

Before installing the conveyor, be sure to install it after the transfer tower and silo are completed. The installation and adjustment of all conveyors should be carried out in accordance with geological parameters and drawings.

The fixed conveyor should be installed on a fixed basis according to the prescribed installation method. Before the mobile conveyor is officially put into operation, the wheels should be wedged with a triangle or braked.
