4. The ceramic surface of the trough idler: the oxide film is formed, the surface is smooth, the material is not adhered to, the contact friction coefficient with the conveyor belt is small, and the driving force of the winch is reduced.

Precautions for the use of trough idler conveyor belts:
1. Prevent the load of the conveyor belt from starting.
2. If the conveyor belt deviates, measures should be taken to correct it in time.
3. Conveyor belts of different types and specifications and layers should not be used together, and their joints should be glued together.
4. The type, structure, specification and number of layers of the buffer roller should be reasonably selected according to the use conditions.
5. The running speed of the conveyor belt should not be greater than 2.5m/s, and the materials with large blockiness and abrasive properties and the unloading device for fixed pears should be used at low speed as much as possible.
6. The relationship between the diameter of the transmission drum of the roller conveyor and the cloth layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the transmission roller, the reversing roller of the hoist and the requirements for the groove angle of the roller should be reasonably selected according to the design regulations of the conveyor.
7. The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the conveyor belt, and a chute should be adopted to reduce the impact on the conveyor belt when the material falls, so as to reduce the distance of the material drop; In the receiving section of the conveyor belt, the spacing of the rollers should be shortened and the buffer roller should be used as the leakage, and the conveyor belt should be compliant with a soft and moderate baffle plate, so as to avoid the baffle plate being too hard and scratching the belt surface of the conveyor belt.
8. When the friction roller is in use, if the roller is missing, it should be added and repaired in time; The roller is covered by the material, resulting in ineffective rotation, to prevent spillage from being stuck between the tapered roller and the belt, pay attention to the lubrication of the moving part of the conveyor belt, but do not oil stain the conveyor belt.
9. Avoid the conveyor belt being blocked by frames, pillars or block materials, prevent it from breaking and tearing, and the bucket elevator will find the conveyor belt when partially damaged, rayon should be repaired in time to avoid expansion.
