(1) The material enters the shell of the roller, thereby increasing the degree of bearing wear, and the material on the roller shell will damage and pull the surface glue of the conveyor belt, and accelerate the damage of the conveyor belt.
(2) When the adhesive enters the tail wheel and the reversing pulley, the material will stick to the surface of the roller, and the more sticky it is, the more it will be, causing the conveyor belt to deviate, aggravating the wear and tear of the conveyor belt, and causing adverse consequences.
(3) The material sticks to the driving roller, increasing the friction force of the roller, which will cause damage to the conveyor belt adhesive and the roller covering layer.
(4) If the material is not removed in time, a blanking area will be formed in the entire working channel, resulting in environmental pollution, an increase in cleaning labor, affecting the physical and mental health of employees, and increasing the cost of the enterprise.
