1.1 Determination of the cleaner program
Sweep the adhesive tape of the coal dust that has been adhered to. As we all know, the raw coal transported from the mining face contains different degrees of moisture, and it is easy to bond the fine pulverized coal to the surface of the tape. If the pulverized coal bonded to the tape is not cleaned, the pulverized coal will be brought into the belt storage bin and the roller under the entire bottom belt in the empty section (i.e., the bottom belt), and it will be mainly deposited in the belt storage bin.
The main results are:
A large amount of pulverized coal accumulates in the belt storage bin, which buries the support roller, causing the roller to fail to operate and affecting the service life of the belt;
2) The deviation of the belt operation will cause the edge hanging or tearing accident;
3) Increase the running resistance of the tape and increase the cost;
4) The amount of coal cleaned increases, which increases the labor intensity of workers;
In the use of coal cleaners, there are three problems to be solved:
1) The cleaning effect should be good;
2) The cleaner is easy to replace, and the maintenance workload should be small;
3) There must be a way out for the cleaned pulverized coal.
1. Analysis of the current situation
1) The structure and position of the traditional coal cleaner
As can be seen from Figure 2-1, the coal cleaner is generally installed at the rear of the drum. The coal cleaner is to fix a piece of tape in the middle of two splints to form a coal cleaner frame, use the pin and lever structure to make the coal cleaner tape stick to the hollow tape for cleaning, use the tension of the spring to make the coal cleaner and the hollow belt produce a certain pressure, and can make the coal cleaner tape wear out after the pressure compensation.
2) Defects of traditional coal cleaners
a. The coal cleaner is composed of a cleaning tape, and because the bottom belt is a hollow belt, the belt floats up under the pressure of the coal cleaner, the pressure of the coal cleaner is not enough, and the cleaning effect is poor.
6. The coal cleaner is on the back side of the unloading drum, and is generally more than 1m away from the unloading drum according to the installation conditions, and the coal under the cleaning needs to process a small coal hopper to slide the coal to the next belt, but sometimes because the height of the underground space is not enough, the coal that is swept down can not be slipped away.
c. The replacement workload of the coal cleaner is large, which makes the coal cleaner easy to damage, and the replacement cycle is also very short.
3) Typical belt transport lap joint
A typical belt transport lap is shown in Figure 2-2.
As can be seen from Figure 2-2, the coal under the coal cleaner can not slip directly on a belt, and according to the provisions of the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations", the 35 running parts of all equipment must be equipped with a protective device (i.e., a shield), so after a belt is equipped with a shield, the problem of the coal slipped down by the two belt cleaners is increased.
