Like a solid buffer shield, they can effectively absorb and disperse impact energy, protect the conveyor belt from tearing damage, and reduce noise and vibration in the blanking area.
Impact idler rollers are the key line of defense for achieving long life of belts and equipment in the blanking area. Therefore, the main mission of self-aligning rollers is to continuously ensure the linearity of belt operation and solve the stubborn problem of belt deviation; while the core value of impact idler rollers is to defend against violent impacts during material loading and ensure the safety of belts and equipment structures under harsh working conditions. Both perform their respective duties in the conveying system. Self-aligning idler rollers ensure the accuracy of operation, and impact rollers protect the solidity of the load, and together complete efficient material transportation.
